* A prerequisite is the disclosure of the required data from the manufacturing process and for complex parts / goods requiring support from the manufacturer in the technical sense
- An invoice for the goods
- The invoice must be in accordance with the content and contain all necessary information. For a precise customs clearance the following is needed: (Inco terms, EORI / UID / VAT numbers of sender and recipient, any ZAZ accounts, customs declaration numbers, preference documents when needed, etc.)
- For new customers a completed power of attorney is needed in order to carry out customs clearances on your behalf
- The export control (in compliance with sanction lists) should be carried out by you before the delivery is handed over to us - on request, we will gladly carry this out for you and you will receive the offer upon request. This can delay the shipping process by several days so please make sure to ask in good time!
- An indication of who will incur the costs (There are always import costs from the importing country in the form of EUST and customs duties) - the sender or the consignee. This can be communicated in the following form: Written announcement about who covers which costs.
If this instruction is missing, it will be cleared according to the invoice (check Inco terms and correct invoice).
